The Virginia Tech baseball program has sent 22 Hokies into action this summer, playing in various leagues across the country in eight different leagues. At this point, one is heading to the prestigious Cape Cod League, which begins June 14.
Six Hokies each are playing in the Coastal Plains and Northwoods Leagues, which opened May 30, while several leagues start play today with Hokies – including the Alaska League, the Ripken League and the Tidewater League.
