RSVP is introducing a Short Talks program with the Christiansburg Library on Oct. 20 at 10 a.m.
The subject launching the event is the movie, The Wizard of Oz.
A Short Talk is an interactive program held monthly about various interesting topics and includes making a craft to take home.
