The Blacksburg Police Department has arrested a suspect in relation to multiple burglary cases.
Police arrested 26-year- old Phillip Matthew Dowdy of Giles County on Tuesday. Dowdy has been charged with three counts of Burglary, a class three felony.
More charges are expected to follow as the investigation continues. Dowdy is currently being held at the Montgomery County Jail without a bond.
