I noticed last week that Vermont passed legislation concerning gun control. They approved the following:
• Raised the legal age to purchase firearms to 21.
• Expanded background checks for private gun sales.
• Banned the sale of high capacity magazines.
• Banned rapid-fire devices such as bump stocks.
The action taken by Vermont does not appear to be that extreme. Why can’t Virginia follow Vermont in working to improve gun control laws?
