Ruby Spangler Bell, 93, of Shawsville died Thursday, April 5, 2018. She was born in Shawsville on November 25, 1924 to the late Daniel and Annette Spangler.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Bell and a son, Cecil J. Evans. She is survived by her son: Steve Bell and Becky, daughter and son-in-law: Rebecca and Everett Cales, eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, one sister and one brother.
Graveside services were conducted April 9th, 2018 in the Piedmont Cemetery, Alleghany Springs with the Rev. John Collins officiating.
