Amy Woods DNP, RN, has been named the new Chief Nursing Officer at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. Most recently, Woods served as Interim Chief Nursing Officer at LewisGale Hospital Alleghany and was previously the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at LewisGale Medical Center.

Woods previously worked at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery as director of surgical services and as a staff RN in the operating room. She has more than 30 years of nursing experience and earned a doctorate degree in nursing practice and nurse executive leadership at Radford University.
