Ruth Vaught Long, 80, of Blacksburg, VA passed away peacefully, comforted by family, on Dec. 15, 2018, after a long illness.
She is predeceased by her parents, Charlie Vaught and Ina Vaught Price; sister, Golden Comer; son, Larry Blankenship.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra (Dan) Eversole, Cathy (Doug) Songer of Blacksburg; sons, Eric Long and Greg Blankenship of TN; sister, Phyllis Price of Blacksburg; brother, Glenn Vaught of Syracuse, NY; and grandchildren.
Ruth will be deeply missed and treasured in memory forever. A private burial will be held in Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
