Charles “Lu” Joseph Costello Jr. born June 15, 1927 passed away peacefully Mar. 11, 2019. He is survived by his wife Dee Costello, children Shan Costello Kilby, Mark Costello, stepchildren Christine Elizabeth Fones, and Daniel E Fones. Visitation was Mar. 15, 2019 from 10 – 11 a.m. at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg, VA. Service immediately followed with Father Dennis Sossi officiating.
