The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 108-A 23
Account No. 013218
All that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate, lying and being in the Shawsville Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, described as Tax Map Number 108-A 23, Elliotts Creek, being 2 lots containing 3.298 acres, more or less.
And being a portion of the same property conveyed to David W. Mullen, divorced, from David W. Mullen, by Deed dated November 15, 1985 and recorded in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 532 at Page 884 on April 24, 1986.
And further being a portion of the same property conveyed to David W. Mullen, from David W. Mullen, divorced, and Dora R. Mullen, divorced, by Deed dated September 2, 1983 and recorded in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 532 at Page 881 on April 24, 1986.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 216 at Page 423, Deed Book 219 at Page 399.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: David W. Mullen, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Deanne Elizabeth Lane, whose last known address is 6215 Crooked Stick Way, Radford, Virginia 24141; Lara Wren, whose last known address is
1675 Blue Spruce Drive, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 4, 2019 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
