RFAAP announces the availability of an EA and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI), as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), for the establishment and operation of soil borrow sites at RFAAP. The EA proposed action is not expected to have any significant environmental effects. Therefore, preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement is not anticipated. The EA and draft FNSI are available for public review at: Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library, 125 Sheltman Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073. All comments must be submitted by November 18, 2019.
