The eleventh annual Blacksburg Brew Do on Saturday, Oct. 26, will fill downtown with a number of delicious craft beers, live music, cooking demonstrations, fantastic food, homebrew seminars and much more.
The Brew Do will run from noon until 5 p.m. Regular tasting tickets are $30 and include a wristband that entitles the wearer to taste 15 different beers. Premium tasting tickets are $55. They allow early 11 a.m. access to the festival and access to the premium beer tasting tent. Again, the wearer is entitled to taste 15 beers. Non-drinking tickets are also available for $10.
Advance tickets are available online and at local Kroger locations.
A full lineup of food vendors will be on hand to offer their signature dishes and snacks. Already committed to the Brew Do are Blacksburg Bagels: homemade soft pretzels; Bull and Bones: pulled pork, burgers, veggie/impossible burgers; Creole That: Cajun food, po’ boys, shrimp and grits, mac ‘n’ cheese, gumbo; Grandpa Ike’s Mini Donuts: made-to-order donuts, fried Oreos, cheese curds; Hethwood Market: kettle corn; It’s the Pits: BBQ, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, mac ‘n’ cheese; Mann’s Sausage: sausage sandwiches, mac ‘n’ cheese bowl, chips; Master Sergeant BBQ: BBQ, baked beans, potato salad, mac ‘n’ cheese; Rio Neuvo Tacos: tacos; Thai This: shrimp noodle bowl, spicy pork bowl, curry, spicy tofu bowl, lemon ginger float, Thai iced tea; and 800 Degrees Wood-Fired Pizza: cheese, pepperoni, margaritas.
