The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the Mount Tabor Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, on the north side of State Route 603 but not abutting thereon, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the northeast corner of (now or formerly) Clyde and Emma Womack lot 241 feet north of the northerly right of way line of State Route 603; thence two (2) new lines through the land (now or formerly) of Oliver, North 200 feet to a white oak tree and West 513 feet to a yellow pine in a line of (now or formerly) Everette Dowdy; thence with a line of Dowdy South 245 feet to an iron pin in the northwest corner of (now or formerly) Charles Cromer; thence East with the line of Cromer and Womack 579 feet to the BEGINNING, containing (3) three acres, more or less.
And being the same real property conveyed to Eugene C. McGuire and Linda H. McGuire, his wife, from Weldon Clyde Womack and Emma Early Womack, his wife, by Deed dated July 15, 1987 and recorded July 17, 1987 among the records of the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 579 at Page 341.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 128 at Page 201, Deed Book 254 at Page 224, Deed Book 431 at Page 800, and Deed Book 570 at Page 341.

All that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate, lying and being near the Village of Fagg, in the Mt. Tabor Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, containing one (1) acre, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a white oak in the northwest right or way line of State Route Number 603, corner to property now or formerly owned by Roger Womack; thence with the northwest right of way line of State Route Number 603, in a southwesterly direction 415 feet to a red oak in the line of property now or formerly owned by Everette Leon Dowdy and Juanita W. Dowdy; thence a division line through the property of Dowdy in a northeasterly direction 523 feet to a white pine in the line of property now or formerly owned by Eugene C. McGuire and Linda H. McGuire; thence with the line of McGuire and Womack, in a southeasterly direction 323 feet to a white oak in the northwest right of way line of State Route Number 603, the point of beginning.
And being the same real property conveyed to Eugene C. McGuire and Linda H. McGuire, husband and wife, from Everette Leon Dowdy and Juanita W. Dowdy, husband and wife, by Deed dated September 10, 1992 and recorded November 6, 1992 among the records of the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 766 at Page 556.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 254 at Page 217, Deed Book 449 at Page 7.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Eugene C. McGuire aka Clyde McGuire, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 2068 North Fork Road, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; Linda Harmon McGuire, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 2068 North Fork Road, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; William McGuire aka Billy McGuire, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Marvin Maurice McGuire, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Michael Womack, whose last known address is 2584 Crown Road, Lot 1, Shawsville, Virginia 24162; Crystal Poore, whose last known address is 1515 Angela Ln, Shawsville, Virginia 24162; Elizabeth McGuire, whose last known address is unknown; Frank McGuire, whose last known address is 747 Walton Road, Radford, Virginia 24141; Melvin McGuire, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Rosemary McGuire, whose last known address is 720 N Mill Road, Salem, Virginia 24153; Ralph McGuire, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Danny McGuire, whose last known address is 12416 Hatchway Court, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192; Mary Linkous, whose last known address is 2244 Mash Run, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060; Christine Harrell aka CP Harrell, whose last known address is 5050 Sutphin Hill, Dublin, Virginia 24084; Lilly Boyd aka Lilly Collins, whose last known address is 1306 Thomas Street, Pulaski, Virginia 24301; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before January 27, 2020 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
