Walter Franklin Morgan
Investigators from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. marshals Tuesday arrested Walter Franklin Morgan, 35, of Elliston, in connection with a recent incident of indecent exposure in Shawsville.
Morgan was charged with one count of petit larceny and two counts of indecent exposure to a minor. He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail with no bond.
The sheriff’s office sent out a special thanks to the public for the assistance and information provided, which led to Morgan’s arrest.
