The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 065-A 92
Account No. 130528
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real property, now or formerly owned by Lou Hawley aka Lou A. Hawley aka Loucity Hawley, deceased, lying and being in Montgomery County, Virginia, designated and described as Tax Map No. 065-A 92 and being 8.8 acres, more or less, as shown on the tax records of Montgomery County.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Lou Hawley aka Lou A. Hawley aka Loucity Hawley, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Ray C. Smith, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Robert Grosvenor Smith Sr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1413 Post Road, Clinton, Mississippi 39056; Harvey L. Price Sr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Jule Eleanor Price Yaggi, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Caroline Conway Yaggi aka Caroline Barnhart, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Harvey L. Price Jr., who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Margaret Ellen Price aka Margaret Price Davison, whose last known address is 911 Preston Avenue, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060; Mary Lester Price aka Mary Luster Price, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 19, 2020 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
