The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 020088
All of that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto, lying and being in Shawsville Magisterial District, Montgomery County, Virginia, and described as Tax Map Number 084-A 33, Parcel ID Number 020088 and being 30.8 acres, more or less.
And being the same property conveyed to Teddy J. Vest from Maggie Lean Coles, unmarried, Lucy C. Edwards, widow, Asa Coles, divorced, and John W. Coles and Claudine E. Coles, his wife, by Deed, dated October 9, 1975 and recorded in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 370 at Page 131 on May 18, 1976.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 64 at Page 438, Deed Book 229 at Page 313.

And being the same property conveyed to Teddy J. Vest and Ada J. Vest from Lucy Coles Edwards, widow, John W. Coles, Jr., and Claudine Coles, his wife, Maggie Lean Coles, unmarried, Acey M. Coles, divorced, all of the heirs at law of John W. Coles, deceased, Edward Coles, Jr., only heir at law of Odessa Coles, deceased, Helen Coles Whales, widow, heir at law of Sarah Coles, deceased, Elsie A. Coles, widow, and Alberta Coles Craighead, widow, all of the heirs at law of David Cloyd Coles, deceased, Ernest Flowers, Dorothy Flowers Viner and Charlie Viner, her husband, Irene Flowers Flippen, widow, Frances Flowers, single, Peachie Flowers Jones, widow, and Bernice Flowers Watson and Wesley A. Watson, her husband, all of the heirs at law of Arletta Coles Flowers, deceased, Cornelia Coles Penn and Frank Penn, her husband, heirs at law of Emma Coles, deceased, Julia Coles Chappell, widow, heir at law of Sarah Coles, deceased, Annie Vernella Coles, single, heir at law of Sarah Coles, deceased, Ethel Coles Younger, widow, William M. Coles and Esterline M. Coles, his wife, Charlie L. Coles and Mary Murphy Coles, his wife, Sarah Coles Casey and Ralph Casey, her husband, Ollie Coles Gravely, divorced, Marcellus C. Coles, Jr., and Hazel Clayton Coles, his wife, and Julia Coles Mills and Edward R. Mills, her husband, heirs at law of Marcellus C. Coles, deceased, being all the heirs of Sarah Coles, deceased, by Deed, dated April 16, 1979 and recorded in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 426 at Page 580 on February 28, 1980.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Teddy J. Vest, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Ada Josephine Vest, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Teddy Ray Vest, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mrytle Akers Martin, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; John Oliver Akers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Annie Mae Vest, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Laura Alice Martin, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Charles Wise Akers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Virginia Burchette, whose last known address is unknown; Florence Amos, whose last known address is unknown; Edna Lutz, whose last known address is unknown; Nancy Lee Gallimore, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Naomi Florence Akers, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Donald C. Rumburg, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mary Booth, whose last known address is unknown; Michael Akers, whose last known address is unknown; James E. Vest, whose last known address is 6434 Greenway Drive, Apt. 21, Roanoke, Virginia 24019; Randy Vest, whose last known address is 85 Florence Drive, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; Patti Montgomery, whose last known address is 10117 Spinning Wheel Ct, Fairfax, Virginia 22032; Teresa Hughes, whose last known address is 6005 Rosebud Ln, Apt. 302, Centreville, Virginia 20121; George Edgar Martin, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Maggie Lean Coles, whose last known address is unknown; U.S. Siding Corporation, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 2, 2020 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
