City officials and Radford Chamber of Commerce representatives gather with the owners and employees of Arabica Cafe for their recent ribbon cutting. Arabica Cafe is located at 1158 East Main St. in Radford and is described as a “cozy, relaxed cafe serving brunch, lunch, baked goods, desserts and coffee drinks.” It is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
