The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereto, lying and being in the Riner Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, and further described as follows:
All that certain 0.1147 acres, more or less, designated as Parcel “A”, containing 4,997 square feet, on a certain plat of survey entitled “Plat Showing Property Surveyed For James T. Harman, Jr. Located in the Riner Magisterial District, Montgomery County, Virginia” dated October 4, 1980, Plan No. L 80-173, as prepared by D.P. Marks, Certified Land Surveyor , a copy of which map is recorded in Deed Book 777, Page 114, and in Deed Book 829, Page 818, and reference is hereby made to said maps for a more accurate description of the property hereby conveyed.
And being the same property that was conveyed to Eugene Adkins from Nancy Hash Hale by Deed dated April 17, 2008 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the circuit court of Montgomery County on April 23, 2008, as Instrument Number 2012008621. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 1062 at Page 512, Deed Book 436 at Page 663, Deed Book 300 at Page 481.

All that certain lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereto, lying and being in the Riner Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, and further described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point North 83° 39’ 5” W117.07 feet, more or less, from the intersection of Virginia Secondary Route 719 and Virginia Secondary Route 659 to the point of BEGINNING; Thence South 04° 38’ 52” W 105.28 feet to a rod; thence North 84° 07’ 56” W 119.85 feet to a rod; thence North 07° 30; 55: W 109.43 feet to a rod on the southern side of Virginia Secondary Route 659, thence with the southern side of Virginia Secondary Route 659 South 83° 39’ 05” E 142.93 feet to the point of BEGINNING, all of the above containing 13,900 square feet or 0.3191 acres, more or less, as shown on a plat recorded in Deed Book 436 at Page 661 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia. And being the same property conveyed to Arnold Eugene Adkins from Arnold E. Adkins by Deed dated August 9, 1995, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Circuit Court of Montgomery County on October 11, 1995, in Deed Book 892, Page 368. And further being the same property conveyed to Susan Lucas from Matthew N. Lucas by Deed dated October 25, 2021 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia on October 28, 2021 as Instrument Number 2021011450. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 436 at Page 663 and Instrument Number 2004003147.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Arnold Eugene Adkins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Christopher Eugene Adkins, whose last known address is 440 Graves Street, Christiansburg , Virginia 24073; Pamela Dawn Lucas, whose last known address is 222 Allen Avenue #TCH, Radford, Virginia 24141; Susan R. Lucas, whose last known address is 3031 Vicker Switch Road, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, successors in title of the Respondents named herein or any lienholders of any named Respondents or against the aforementioned property are made parties Respondent to this actions individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before December 19, 2022 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
