that the Montgomery County Animal Control found a Black Angus Cow with a yellow ear tag on the right ear with #41 on the tag, in the I-81 right-of-way at mile marker 127.4 in the Pedlar Road area in the Elliston Community, Montgomery County, Virginia and a Seizure Petition has been filed by the County of Montgomery, Virginia pursuant to Section 3.2-6569 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. The Seizure Petition shall be heard by the General District Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia sitting in Christiansburg, Virginia on the 18th day of July, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
