Find out about a project to extend the ramp onto
northbound Interstate 81 at exit 105 (Radford) in
Montgomery County. The on ramp will be extended
approximately 2,000 feet and a new chain-link barrier
will be installed along the nearby rock face.

Categorical Exclusion at VDOT’s Salem District Office

If your concerns cannot be satisfied, VDOT is willing
to hold a public hearing. You may request that a
public hearing be held by sending a written request to
Eli Mannon, Virginia Department of Transportation,
731 Harrison Avenue, Salem, VA 24153, on or prior to
December 21, 2023. If a request for a public hearing
is received, notice of date, time and place of the
hearing will be posted.
