expenditures is listed below. Copies of the Recommended Capital Improvement Program are available for review in the offices of the Town Manager and Town Clerk located in the
Municipal Building at 300 South Main Street, weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and in the Blacksburg Branch Library located at 200 Miller Street SW.
