Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated December 4, 2008, in the original principal amount of $135,327.00 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia in Instrument No.2008012070, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on March 29, 2024, at 01:00 PM in front of the building housing the Montgomery County Circuit Court, 55 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073, the property designated as Lot 4 of the Brown Ridinger & Gilliam Subdivision, more particularly described as follows:BEGINNING at the southeast corner at a stake in line with Forest Avenue and running with said Avenue, S. 83 deg. W 90 feet to the corner of now or formerly S.E. Basham`s lot; thence N. 8 deg. W 160 feet with the Basham line to the line of now or formerly Frank Ridinger, thence with Ridinger line N. 83 deg. E. 90 feet to a stake; thence a new line running with the land of now or formerly Maud D. Ridinger, S. 8 deg. E 160 feet to the point of beginning.
