Ridpath and is located at 3035 Riner Road. The property is further identified as Tax Map 106-11-3 (Parcel ID: 031860), 1.904 acres, zoned Agricultural (A-1) in the Riner Magisterial District. The property currently lies in an area designated as Rural in the 2025 Comprehensive Plan.
