Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Blacksburg will conduct the following public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 during its meeting beginning at 6:30 PM in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Council Chamber, 300 South Main St, Blacksburg, VA on the following item:
EXP-24-1-Exception Request for agricultural use in RR-1 Rural Residential 1 on a lot less than two (2) acres at 301 Royal Lane (Tax Map No: 347-13 15, Parcel ID: 025581) by Anthony Grafsky (owner).
This is a request for a special exception to Section 4101 (b) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow one (1) pig and two (2) goats on a lot less than two (2) acres in the RR-1 Rural Residential 1 zoning district at 301 Royal Lane.
Persons affected by or interested in the exception request may appear and present their views. After hearing, the Planning Commission may take action.
