The property is located at 2836 Wrights Way, approximately 0.2 miles north of the intersection of Harding Avenue and Wrights Way. The property is further identified as tax parcel 041-A 38C (Parcel ID: 026792), 0.706 acres, zoned Residential (R-2) in the Mount Tabor Magisterial District. The property currently lies in an area designated as Residential Transition in the 2025 Comprehensive Plan.
