15.2-2204 and 15.2-
2285 of the Code of
Virginia, as amended. The
purpose of the public
hearing is to receive
public comments
concerning:
A. Conditional Use Permit
request by Valley Classical
School, Inc., Property
Owner and Applicant, to
allow a “private building to
consist of a school” in the
Central Business District (B
2) on property located at
100 West Main Street,
identified as Tax Parcel
527-((A))-66 and 527-((A))
68 (Parcel ID 070462 and
015853), consisting of
approximately 1.676 total
acres. The property is
designated as Downtown
Mixed Use on the Future
Land Use Map of the 2013
Christiansburg
Comprehensive Plan.
