MONTGOMERY REGIONAL SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY

The Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting

proposals from qualified offerors for professional engineering services for the Authority’s engineering and solid waste management needs in accordance with Virginia Solid Waste

Management regulations. The Request for Proposals may be obtained from Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority,

To be considered, sealed proposals, one original and three copies, should be forwarded to the Montgomery Regional Solid Waste Authority at the above address in an envelope marked

“RFP 25-01- Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Services” and showing the date of the

proposal. Proposals must be received no later than December 19, 2025,

at 2:00 p.m.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal or any item of the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Authority.
