The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 7:00

p.m. in the Council Room, Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street

to receive comments

on Council’s intention to enter into a ground lease agreement with NRVA, Inc., with a term of 30

years, and one extension of 10 years, for placement of an approximately 1500 square foot building on Town-owned property located on the southern side of Mill Lane at 595 N. Franklin Street (Tax Parcel 497 – ((A)) – 279; Parcel ID 010896) as well as any necessary accommodations for utilities and access as may be required for the construction and use of a

structure by the H 2 Okies.

Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073-3029 during normal office hours of

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
