RADFORD – Mesmerica 360, a stunning sensory journey bringing together the music of award-winning composer James Hood with visually-hypnotic animated 3D art curated from artists around the world, is coming to the Radford University Planetarium next week.
The show is now breaking all existing records for full-dome/planetarium music shows.
The show is a 360° light and sound projection spectacle creating a family-friendly experience designed to transcend time and create an environment in which to relax while simultaneously captivating the senses. It’s a combination which has audiences coming to experience it time and again.
“The power of immersive music and art is like no other art form, it has the ability to create unique moods and brain states, and we’re so thrilled and honored to be able to showcase this full-dome presentation in such wonderful venues as the planetariums,” said creator James Hood.
The show will be shown at the Radford University Planetarium July 12 and 13 at 5 p.m., 6:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets from $20 at https://tickets.mesmerica.com/radford/.
Mesmerica is suitable for all ages six and above with a running time of approximately 60 minutes.
