The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 7:00

p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street,

Christiansburg, Virginia 24073. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments

concerning:

A street vacation request by Derrick R Lancaster for the vacation of 2 existing strips of land dedicated as a public street right-of-way and located on Radford Street, identified as

Tax Parcels 525-((A))-31A, 525-((A))-46; Parcel IDs 033305, 031506.

Information on the preceding ordinance, the Town’s Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance, and Future

Land Use Map may be viewed in the Planning Department, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg,

VA 24073-3029 during normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
