SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of National Bank of Blacksburg, Executor of the Estate of James P. Wightman, Deceased, and of the
debts and demands against his Estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and
that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on Petition of National Bank of Blacksburg, Executor, it is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all
others interested in, the Estate to show cause, if any they can, on the 19th day of
March, 2025, before this Court at 8:30 a.m., against the payment and delivery of
the Estate of James P. Wightman, Deceased, to the distributees with or without requiring refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published in The News Messenger, a newspaper published in Montgomery County, Virginia, once a week for two successive weeks.
