The Villas at Peppers Ferry held their annual “Hello & Goodbye Brunch” Saturday, Aug.16 at the community clubhouse. The traditional brunch is held in honor of those new neighbors that have moved in and those that moved away during the previous year. Neighbors bring a covered dish and share food and conversation. Several new residents have voiced the sentiments “I’ve never felt so welcomed into a neighborhood as here at The Villas”, and “I have never heard of a community doing this before”, something frequently heard every year. The Villas at Peppers Ferry is a community composed of condominiums, clubhouse and pool located at 30 Patriot Way in Christiansburg.
