public hearing is to receive

Street vacation request by
Zack Bracket to vacate an
approximately 206-foot
portion
unimproved right-of-way on
the west side and an
approximately 82-foot
unimproved rightof-way on
the north side of property
located at 301 Radford
Street NW, identified as Tax
Parcel 526 – ((23 BK 2)) – 1;
Parcel ID 009163.
