On Thursday, Dec. 18, the Christiansburg Police Department teamed up with Target in Christiansburg to give back this Christmas.
All first graders at Falling Branch Elementary received free gingerbread houses to take home and decorate with their families. Target had an influx of gingerbread kits and coordinated with officers to spread holiday cheer.
“The Grinch tried to steal the gingerbread from Target, but Christiansburg Police officers saved the day,” the Town of Christiansburg quipped.
