BLACKSBURG – Warm Hearth Village (WHV) is welcoming two new team members to the Philanthropy Department.
Dominique Harder joins WHV as Philanthropy Associate, with a focus on data management. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Harder studied art and writing in Anderson, South Carolina, before relocating to Blacksburg in 2025.
Her creative background and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the team. Outside of work, Dominique enjoys a variety of creative pursuits and spending time with her pets.
WHV also welcomes Chelsea Keating, the new Associate Director of Community Engagement. Keating brings a diverse professional background spanning hospitality, human resources, recruitment, and community outreach.
A native of Clover Hollow in Giles County, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Longwood University, with a focus on non-fiction editing and gender studies. Chelsea is passionate about building meaningful relationships and strengthening community partnerships.
In her free time, she enjoys working on her koi pond, crafting, reading, and spoiling her cat.
