Town of Blacksburg Real Estate Tax invoices for the first installment of 2026 will be mailed
out this week and are due by Friday, June 5, 2026. If you have any questions call the
Department of Financial Services at 540.961.1105.
Payment may be mailed, placed in the drop box at 300 South Main Street, Blacksburg,
paid by phone with a credit card or paid online at www.Blacksburg.gov/payments.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
A 10% penalty will be charged if not paid by June 5, 2026. Interest will be charged at
the rate of 10% per year beginning July 2, 2026.
