2026-A Real Estate Tax (first installment) statements
have been mailed. If you have not received your
statement, please call 540-382-5723. A 10% penalty
will be charged if not paid by Friday, June 5, 2026.
Interest will be charged at the rate of 10% per year
beginning July 1, 2026.

are considered on-time if they
