Request an Absentee ballot online: www.vote.elections.virginia.gov OR by contacting this office to request that an application be mailed to you. Friday, July 24, 2026: Last day to request an absentee ballot by mail, fax or online. Applications must be received by the Montgomery County Office of Elections by 5:00 p.m. August 4, 2026: Absentee ballots must be postmarked by this date.

Same Day Registration is now available, however, Same Day Registrants must vote a provisional ballot which will be considered and cast after the election, if accepted by the Electoral Board. |
