The Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library (MFRL) welcomes the Dino Squad to the Blacksburg Library on Friday, June 26 at 11 a.m.
Have you ever touched a real T. rex fossil, studied a raptor bone under a microscope, or stood inches from a velociraptor? This summer you will at the library in an amazing prehistoric adventure! Join us to Unearth, Expedition: Dino Squad.
Your kiddos will see family favorite and iconic dinosaurs represented; T. rex, Triceratops, long neck sauropods like Diplodocus, and Raptors, featuring Vela the full-size Velociraptor.
Discover the fabulous dinosaur murals of Disney and Paleo Artist, Phil Wilson, see the real fossils, replicas, museum quality models, great books, stories and you’ll meet Vela the full-sized Velociraptor!
Plus, an awesome hands-on dino activity center, with an amazing fossil filled touch table, and incredible fossils to see up close at the digital microscope table. Expedition: Dino Squad is on the way!
