Robert Roland Masse, 86, of Dublin, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2026. Born Jan. 14, 1940, he was retired from the U. S. Army and was retired as Head of Maintenance at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland Joseph and Mary Jane Masse; and his brother, Donny Masse.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Hubble Masse; his sons, Donny Masse and Tom Masse; grandchildren, Hunter, Jacob and Noah Masse; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service with full military honors was held Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
The Masse family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
