Brenda Mae Reed Wilson, 76, of Dublin, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026. Born Aug. 11, 1950, she was preceded in death by her parents, Everett Gray and Ruby Lucille Musselman Reed; her sister, Pearl Quesenberry; and her brother, Junior Reed.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Claude Allen Wilson; daughter, Christina Hale (Scott); grandchildren, Chelsea Thomason (Cary), Scott Hale, Jr. (Jordan), Rachel Hale, and Emily Harrell (Ray); nine great-grandchildren; brother, John Reed; and numerous other family members and special friends.
The family received friends Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, at the Sanctuary of Hope Church in Draper. Funeral services followed, with Larry and Sherri Bralley officiating. Interment followed in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
