Shirley Bentley Dickerson, 71, of Radford, passed away Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 at Skyline Nursing Home in Floyd.

She was the daughter of the late Roy Mathew and Ollie Mae East Bentley. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Virginia Bentley, Frances Bentley, Wilma Cook, Darlene Abshire and Ruby Harrison.

She is survived by three sons, Jay and Jennifer Dickerson with grandson, Jaydin, Michael and Doris Dickerson with grandson, Alan, Jim Butler; siblings, Patsy and Charlie Stump, Brenda Bentley, Roy and Nora Bentley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Skyline Nursing Home for their long time care of Shirley. The family will have a private graveside service.

She will be forever loved and missed.
