The Christiansburg/Montgomery Triad SALT (Seniors and Law Enforcement Working Together) is sponsoring a free care fair for senior citizens on May 16.
The fair will be held at the Christiansburg Recreation Center from 8 a.m. to noon and will feature a variety of vendors and free giveaways. Fair vendors will provide information about local services, programs and agencies for senior citizens in the area.
There’s still time to sign up as a vendor! Local organizations and businesses interested should contact Tammy Caldwell at the Christiansburg Recreation Center to receive an application. Applications are due May 8, along with a $25 vendor fee, which includes one table, two chairs and a door prize.
