Donald Lee Taylor, 65, of Riner, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019. He attended New Hope Church of God in Christiansburg and was the owner of Taylor Floor Covering Installation. Born on May 19, 1954, he was preceded in death by his parents Robert Earnest and Hazel Ruth Hixon Taylor.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Pam Taylor of Riner; son, Earnie Taylor of Riner; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Rickey Reed of Riner; grandchildren, Andrew Reed, Chelsea (Zack) Sale, Reba Wheeler and Noah Reed; great grandchildren, Levi, Eli and Raelan; other son with four legs, Duke; twin brother, Ronnie (Marcia) Taylor of Newport and older brother, Robert (Barbara) Taylor of Christiansburg; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Owens-Altizer Family Cemetery, Golden Rod Road in Riner with Rev. Michael Bond officiating.
The Taylor family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
