BLACKSBURG – Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. has announced the performance schedule for Steppin’ Out 2019.
The 39th annual Steppin’ Out is set to take place on August 2 and 3 in downtown Blacksburg. Yvonne Yee with Rock The Blocks LLC has been bringing an eclectic variety of local, regional and International performers to Steppin’ Out since she took over the role from Dylan Locke in 2016.
