The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 013940
All that certain lot or parcel of land together with the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the corporate limits of the Town of Christiansburg, Montgomery County, Virginia, located on the northeast side of Depot Street of said town, at the corner of Nancy Clarke (now or formerly) lot, known as the Fannie Washington lot, and running with the line of Depot Street, N. 40 E. 73-1/2 feet to the line of School Lane; thence with the same N. 88 E. 200 feet to a post at the corner of the McGee (now or formerly) lot; thence with the same S. 1 ½ W. 71 feet to the line of Gay Simms (now or formerly) lot; thence with the same and the Fannie Washington lot due west 249 feet to the beginning.
And being the same real property conveyed to Roxie A. Owens and Fannie Sue Owens from D. J. Owens, widower of Fannie E. Owens, deceased, Eva Kirby, widow, Fred Owens, single, D. C. Owens and Amanda Owens, his wife, George Owens and Lelo Owens, his wife, Arthur Owens and Dorothy Owens, his wife, Willa Owens, single, Roxie A. Owens, single, and Fannie Sue Owens, single, via Deed dated December 3, 1956 and recorded March 16, 1957 among the records of the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 203 at Page 469.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Roxie A. Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Fannie Sue Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Dock Chapple Owens aka D. C. Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Arthur Thomas Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Willa Henretta Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; George Robert Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Millie Eva Owens aka Eva Kirby, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Fred Oscar Owens, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Fannie Owens, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 5, 2019 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
