In loving memory of Dwendolyn Faye Mills Lilly. On Tuesday morning July 30, 2019 Dewndolyn passed away at the age of 76. Dwendolyn was born in October 1942 to Walter and Beatrice Mills, in Dublin, Va. She was a beloved sister to three brothers, Emanuel F. “Buddy” Mills, Walter M. Mills, and Ralph G. Mills; mother to Brian Ratcliff and Christine Ratcliff, grandmother to nine grandchildren and great-grandmother to twelve. A small family service will be held at a later date.
