Notice is hereby given that Blacksburg-VPI Sanitation Authority has requested authorization from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install four (4) temporary piped culvert crossings along Stroubles Creek to make repairs to an existing sanitary sewer line in the area of Stroubles Creek Road in Montgomery County.
