ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 044-A 16
Account No. 002262
All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the Mount Tabor Magisterial District, Montgomery County, Virginia, and more or less particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the western line of Virginia State Route Number 683, said point being the southeast corner of property belonging now or formerly to Theodore Bradford; thence with the western line of said Route Number 683, S 44 degrees 35 minutes E., 292.5 feet to a point; thence leaving said Route Number 683 and across property now or formerly of G.E. Bowles; S 82 degrees 15 minutes W., 199.0 feet to a point; thence N 11 degrees 30 minutes W., 220.0 feet to a point in the said Theodore Bradford’s southern property line; thence with said Bradford’s southern property line N 61 degrees 17 minutes E., 40.8 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
And being the same property conveyed to George W. Bowles and Claudine Bowles, husband and wife, from G.E. Bowles and Jennie C. Bowles, husband and wife, and Martha Jane Bowles, by Deed, dated June 19, 1969 and recorded in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 295 at Page 168 on July 3, 1969.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 184 at Page 469, Deed Book 298 at Page 1991.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: George W. Bowles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Claudine Bowles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Edward Wesley Bowles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Dustin Slate , whose last known address is 1224 Rock Road, Lot 37, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before February 17, 2020 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
