license for WBZS (FM), Shawsville, Virginia (Channel 273) from George S. Flinn, Jr. to Educational Media Foundation. The officers and directors of Educational Media Foundation are Jon Reeves, Mark Voltmann, Dean Stordahl, Mark Brannon, Emil Kallina, Michael Lewis, Larry Moody, Walt Golembeski, Alan Mason, Janet Cherry, David Atkinson, Joe Miller and Shaine Grieshaber.
