The object of this suit is to quiet title to property more fully described as:

That certain tract or parcel of land located in the Allegheny Magisterial District, Montgomery County, Virginia, situate in the Village of Lafayette, containing forty (40) acres, more or less, further identified as Tax Map Number 047-A 74, being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a poplar on the bank of the North Fork or Roanoke, on the north side thereof, a corner to Reyburn’s land and with a line thereof, N. 45° E 76 poles to a pine and pine sapling on a north hill side, and in a line of Direley land and with it, N 17 1/2° W 66 poles to two dead pines & red oak sapling on a ridge and by an old path; thence S 58° W 102 poles cropping (?) a branch to tow red oak grubs (?) in said line on top of a high bluff of Roanoke; thence on a new line S 20° E 40 poles to a cedar on the bank of Roanoke; thence down the same and bending thereon 44 poles to the beginning, with its appurtenances. (See Plat Book F-375).

LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM conveyances in Deed Book 61, page 393, Deed Book 85, at page 519 and Deed Book 176, at page 269.

IT IS ORDERED that MARY JANE MOORE, BOBBIE LOU LAIGNEL, MARGO ESSINGER, CAROLE LIVINGSTON and LINDA BOYD, as well as UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS-IN-INTEREST and/or ASSIGNS of JAMES HESLEP, if any there be, PARTIES UNKNOWN, appear at the above-named court and protect his/her interests on or before October 2nd, 2020.

 

ENTERED this 3rd day of August, 2020. This case is continued as to the remaining parties.
